By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you represent to Silkway Studio that you are at least 18 years of age, or you will have a legal guardian accept the Terms & Conditions on your behalf. We will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this Website, but we make no warranties or representations of any kind as to its accuracy, currency, or completeness. Prices and Payment Process

All pricing subject to consultation. Our prices are subject to change without notice. The first consultation booking is Free of charge. We are requiring that you provide a credit card on file with our office. We run our payments through Square, a secure practice management software Athena. You understand that Square will handle all payment processing and that you have to put. Square works with any Canadian-issued and most non-Canadian issued credit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB or Discover logo and Interac Debit cards.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

Cancelations

Your appointment times are reserved especially for you and you understand that Silkway Laser Hair Removal Studio requires notification by 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. You understand that you will incur a $50.00 ($100.00 for full body) automatic cancellation or No Show fee if you fail to keep your appointment and you fail to give the proper cancellation notice. This fee will be automatically charged from your Credit Card on File. 

Treatment and Packages

Package Policies: Packages are only valid for a set number of treatments. Treatments cannot be transferred to any other party. When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example, the Female Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments. Payment Processing: You understand that Square will handle all payment processing. Packages must be paid for in full at the time after the first treatment of a course. All discounts and promotions do not apply to packages. Cancellation: Upon inception, your package cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred; regardless of side effects, treatment results, or changes in personal circumstances. No Shows: Your appointment times are reserved especially for you and you understand that Silkway Laser Hair Removal Studio requires notification by 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. You understand that you will incur a $50.00 ($100.00 for full body) automatic cancellation or No Show fee if you fail to keep your appointment and you fail to give the proper cancellation notice. This fee will be automatically charged from your Credit Card on File. You will not be eligible to use package treatments until all fees have been paid in full. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.

Laser Hair Removal Terms and Conditions

Laser hair removal treatments may be spaced between 4-8 weeks apart, based on standards determined exclusively by Silkway Laser Hair Removal Studio. Treatment areas are not commutable and cannot be interchanged. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you verify that you agree that: (a) you have consulted with a Silkway Laser Hair Removal Studio representative and you have the opportunity to discuss your questions; (b) you understand that results are NOT guaranteed and most clients can experience hair reduction of up to 80% with a completed series of laser hair removal treatments, but that individual results cannot be predicted and the effectiveness of your treatments may be greatly diminished by a number of factors beyond Silkway Laser Hair Removal Studio’s control, including but not limited to, UV light exposure prior to or after treatment, pregnancy, natural hormonal changes, medications you are now taking or may take in the future, and your diligence in completing the recommended treatment schedule; (c) you understand what to expect from your treatments including the possibility that you may not achieve the desired results or that you may experience side effects including, but not limited to, hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin), hypopigmentation (lightening of the skin), minor burns, temporary redness, follicular edema (pink/red “puffiness” and small bumps like “goosebumps”), and swelling and itching; (d) you understand that your package cannot be cancelled or refunded because you experience side effects or the lack of desired results.
